Abstract
This poem was presented as part of a larger work entitled:
Soil: Book of H(ours)
June 28 to August 31, 2025
Soil: Book of H(ours) orients body, time, and earth through a sundial that marks sunlight in motion. A dance and spoken word performance traces the rhythms of soil, memory, and seasonal breath. Rooted in the medieval Book of Hours, the accompanying artist book reimagines devotion as ecological attunement. Together, these elements offer a durational meditation on groundedness, cycles, and care.
